The game Clash of Clans, is one of the most popular strategy games in recent years on the mobile market.
will soon arrive on the streaming service Netflix, but as an animated series.
The series will be produced by Fletcher Moles, who produced some of the short animated videos accompanying the game, and by Ron Weiner, one of the writers of Rock 30, Silicon Valley, and Futurama.
As can be understood from the duo of creators attached to the project, it is a comedic animated series.
According to the company’s statement, “At the center of the plot is the determined character Barbarian who protects the village, and he must recruit a group of mismatched people while being deeply immersed in the absurdly complex politics of war.”
So the series is expected to remain true to the ridiculous and lighthearted style of the game series.
Currently, there is no estimated air date for the Clash of Clans animated series.
As it is in early production stages.
When it airs, it will join the wide range of video game-based media content already in the service’s library, such as Castlevania, Cyberpunk, Arcane, Cuphead, Sonic Prime, Tomb Raider, and more.
